Stretching from the Rhone to the Pyrenees, the region of Languedoc-Roussillon presents a wide arc of rolling hills that rise from the sea up to mountains beyond.
The Languedoc is the largest wine region in France. There are just over 30 AOCs which currently produce 1.3 million hectolitres of wine per year, which is just 10% of the region’s total. Our trip will focus on the superior AOCs of the region, the Grands Vins du Languedoc and Crus du Languedoc – the wines that lead the growing reputation for quality of the region.
Based in the Hérault department we visit leading wineries in the regions of Pic Saint Loup, Terrasses du Larzac, Pézenas, Minervois and Roussillon, which can be perfectly combined with the region’s cultural highlights.
This unique tour is created specifically for private parties of ten or more and is perfect for wine enthusiasts who enjoy the romance of French wine culture. Engage with the wine producers directly in the terroir. Since our bespoke arrangements at wineries are being designed with the producers the visits are more rewarding and will uniquely allow you to source restaurant quality wines, wherever possible, with case discounts.
A private driver will take care of the roads, so you can better enjoy the beauty of the region, food and of course the wine.

We were always very well received and made to feel at home. The Languedoc is a beautiful region and (….) I suspect most members would rate this tour amongst the best. In fact some said it was the best… R. Down
We very much enjoyed the tour. Wineries terrific. Wines better than expected (some gems) and lovely people presenting them. Lunches at the wineries superb… M. Double
