Chef LoriChef Lori is the owner and creator of Culinary Underground, a cookery school dedicated to reviving the art and craft of home cooking, based in Southborough, MA.

She has a background in classic French and Italian cuisine, but also teaches global cooking classes on Indian, Asian, North African cuisines. Left to her own devices, she would happily teach nothing but bread baking, pastry – and food history. Lori is a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals, American Federation of Chefs, and Women Chefs and Restaurateurs.
