Brenda FawdonBrenda is a chef, restaurateur, cooking school teacher, food presenter and organic food pioneer who has made food her life’s work. She has owned and operated three restaurants including Mondo Organics, the first licensed organic restaurant in Australia. Brenda is passionate about wholefoods and tending her patch of earth on Tamborine Mountain, which she’s transformed into a kitchen garden and orchard. She shares her love of cooking with wholefoods in her first cookbook Wholehearted Food.
